Q. ARE THE MENUS AVAILABLE AS SERVED DINNERS?

A. The majority of our menus are designed for buffet style service. We are able to plate any of the buffet menus for an additional $4.00 per person.

Q. WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?

A. All pricing includes full service, silverware, glassware, china plates, linen tablecloths, linen or paper napkins, and all appropriate condiments. Waitress staffing varies depending on the type of function and type of menu selected, however, a good range is 1 server per 27-32 guests.

Q. WHAT TYPE OF LINEN IS INCLUDED?

A. All functions include white tablecloths (standard 90" for round cloths), up to 8 white table skirts, and either our own Aunt Catfish's Logo paper napkins or a linen napkin of varying color. Ivory tableclothes, ivory skirts, and white tablecloths to the floor are available for an additional $1.50 per person.

Q. DO YOU DO THE CLEAN-UP OF THE FACILITY?

A. Our crew always leaves the facility as we found it. Counters cleaned, floors swept and mopped, & garbage out. Every facility has its own policy in the extent of clean-up that is required and we always try and exceed the requirements.

Q. CAN YOU PROVIDE A BAR?

A. We are able to help you in the planning of your bar, estimating the amount of liquor needed for your function, bringing fruit garnishes and ice, providing bar glassware, and fully setting up and breaking down the bar. We are not able, however, due to liquor license restrictions, to provide any liquor for the function. It is required that the liquor be paid for and delivered to the site by someone in your group.

Q. HOW MANY PEOPLE DO WE NEED TO HAVE A CATERED EVENT?

A. We are able to take care of any size group in some form or fashion. We do, however, require at least 50 people to provide full service catering. If your group is less than 50 people, full service would be included for an additional charge of $100. If you want to keep your cost down, we are able to provide a delivery only service that would include all the courses from salads to desserts. We are able to customize any delivery only catering to fit your needs.
